Making SharePoint® Chemically Aware™
BACKGROUND The use of SharePoint® collaboration software for content management has become a critical part of today's drug discovery process. SharePoint 2010 software has laid a foundation which enables researchers to collaborate and search on various contents. The amount of data generated during a transition of a single compound from preclinical discovery to commercialization can easily range ...
متن کاملAn Enhanced SharePoint Authentication using Kerberos
Kerberos is the widely deployed authentication protocol. This document gives you comparison between NTLM and Kerberos authentication. And it gives information on how Kerberos authentication plays a vital role in authentication and delegation scenarios, and the situations where Kerberos authentication should be used or may be required in solution designs. متن کاملExtending Sharepoint Technologies towards Project Management Capabilities
Modern groupware systems serve as universal information sharing platforms by providing manifold capabilities for customization and extension of their core functionalities. In this paper we introduce a set of extension modules that were developed in the context of the ‘Distribution networks Relationship Management’ (DRM) project2 to support distribution networks of industrial small and medium si...
متن کاملUsing Life Science Data in SharePoint
The life science industry adopts Semantic Web technology to realize novel applications that reduce product development costs, leverage collaboration in research or improve regulatory submissions. The " ICD-10 explorer " presented in this paper is a Microsoft SharePoint-based application to explore the standard classification of diseases. We demonstrate that Semantic Web technologies help to rea...
متن کاملMaking Ends Meet: Chemically Mediated Circularization of Recombinant Proteins
A selective N→S acyl transfer reaction facilitates semi-synthesis of the plant cyclotide kalata B1 from a linear precursor peptide of bacterial origin, through simple appendage of N-terminal cysteine and a thiol-labile C-terminal Gly-Cys motif. This constitutes the first synthesis of a ribosomally derived circular miniprotein, without recourse to protein splicing elements.
